Help for Dreydon

My name is Stacy Sartain and the handsome boy in the middle of this picture is my 20-year-old nephew Dreydon. As some of you know Dreydon was involved in an accident in Bonnyville with a truck 2 nights ago while riding his dirtbike. Dreydon was transported to the University of Alberta Hospital with incredible damage to one of his legs. The best way the doctor explained it to the family was to imagine throwing a glass window against a wall, that is what happened to the bone in one of his legs. Dreydon is lucky to be alive. He underwent surgery yesterday to stabilize the leg. We have been informed he will need to stay at the U of A for a little bit as he will need to go through a couple of surgeries in the upcoming week to fix his leg using rods and screws. We are well aware that after he is released the real work will start of healing, pain, and physiotherapy. I have started this page to try and help ease some financial burden off of him as his mom and dad (Candace and Nicholas Blain), older brother Devon, and younger sister Emaliyah live in B.C while Dreydon works and lives on his own here in Bonnyville. If you cannot help financially please help by sharing this page and spreading the word.
