Help for Families in 9th Street Fire in Troy NY

On April 27th  a fire broke out  on 9th Street in Troy, NY destroying three buildings--one home had two families who lived inside. It was the 2nd fire in Troy in 3 days. Residents needed time to start the long recovery process after such devastating loss. In the last two weeks they've gone from temporary shelter to locating a new home and have received some assistance, but there's still a very long way to go to rebuild their homes. 

Donations will be divided equally between the two families. One has already received half of the funds raised to date. The other will receive them this week (week of June 21st) to the beneficiary they chose.
