Help for Gizmo

Gizzy is a loving shitzu who has lived in the same home and neighborhood for 13 years. He has recently been attacked by the pitbull who lives next door for the 2ND time this year. He needs to have his leg amputated. I am 73 years old, on a fixed income, and Gizzy means the world to me.
