Help for gunshot victim

On Saturday April 3rd, I was attending my semi-pro football game when gunshots started firing. I was struck in the neck and then fell backwards. The bullet is lodged below my jawbone and up against my carotid artery. It was determined that the bullet would not be removed as it was too risky. The fall that I took caused my C4 and C5 vertebrae to be broken and me having to be in an Aspen collar. As a result I will be out of work for 6-8 weeks with bills to pay. Any help and prayers are welcomed and appreciated.
