Help for having Addison's Disease

My name is Stefanie Daubert. I was diagnosed with Addison's Disease in October 2023. Addison's disease is a deadly disease. I have been hospitalized 6 times since last October, with 2 ICU visits where I almost died. The disease causes your body's Adrenal glands not to work, so your body wont produce cortisol. Without cortisol, my body goes into an Addisonian crisis, causing every electrolyte fall to a critically low level, until I go into shock and coma. Addison's disease causes severe low blood pressure so I pass out a lot. Because of these things, I haven't been able to work and may never be able to...trying to get disability. I have bills I cannot pay. I never ask anyone for help. It is still a few months until I get an answer about disability. Any donation would be very appreciated.
