Help for Heidi and Chris Pecoraro

Please help Chris regain what he has lost.  He and his family are full of hope and faith in spite of the tremendous challenge of his health struggle.  Any and all help you can provide will be appreciated.  God bless!!!

June 22, 2020...our whole lives changed in an instant. The day was as normal as could be, Chris came home from work, worked out, and I was near him getting ready for one of my jewelry shows. As I was talking to him in our basement, he had suddenly gone into Cardiac Arrest. One of the scariest moments of my life. However, angels were surrounding us. I was able to call 911, administer CPR, and Mario (my hero) opened every door to the house so the paramedics could come in to save my husband’s life. We spent 3 weeks in ICU, 5 weeks in an acute rehab, and we are currently at week 9 at Encompass Health. Exactly 16 weeks ago today, at about 6:30 PM, I thought I lost my best friend, the father of our child, my husband, my whole world. Sixteen weeks later at almost the exact time our world flipped upside down, he has taken his first steps since his injury. He has made so much progress, and so much progress is yet to be made. I am so proud of this man. As I always say, the village of people praying for us, and simply just being there for us, has made this moment possible, one of the happiest moments of my life. I had to share our story, and please continue to pray for us because our journey is still very long. And the biggest lesson I learned from all of this is to never give up hope.
