Help for Ingrid and Zoey

Hi everyone, this is Zoey the greyhound! You may have met me at any number of greyhound events that my person Ingrid has taken me to, but if not, that lovely brindle greyhound pictured below is me. That's right! And I'm wearing one of my many Crown Collars, as I'm sure some of your hounds might be too.

My person is really struggling right now. Her name is Ingrid Helmar and you may know her better as the sole owner and operator of Crown Collars. Ingrid hand makes each of her beautiful collars one by one, and even packs and ships them off herself too! She is a one person band, so to speak. Crown Collars is also her sole income.

Ingrid has suffered several medical setbacks. She has had 2 strokes and has been diagnosed with diabetes. Her father passed away just last week too, and although she was blessed to be able to say goodbye to him in person before he passed, she wasn't healthy enough to attend his funeral. To say this has been an incredibly difficult time for her is an understatement! She is having trouble with her sight right now and can't sew to create her collars, but don't worry, this is just temporary. She just needs some time to heal and recover. I've set this fundraiser up (with help from some humans) to help relieve some financial stress for us during this down time. Even if you can't donate you can still help us out by sharing our story!
