Help for John and Angie Vo

Sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma Stage 4. A life-shattering diagnosis. I want to share with you a brief account of what led to this outcome.

Meet our friends, John and Angie Vo. They are the husband-and-wife team that runs a successful nail shop here in our community and have done so for many years. Each day brought them to work, taking care of their clients and being a productive part of this community where they have built quite the community family. John began having jaw pain and headaches that eventually became so intense that he was forced to go to the emergency room. This was March 13, 2024. The day that everything they knew, the world that was them, would forever be changed. Their routine and their happy life are now suddenly replaced with fear and uncertainties. The preliminary tests done in the ER revealed masses in his brain, lungs, and kidney. He was admitted to the hospital and has been there since. Later, biopsies revealed sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma, Stage 4.

Angie has been between working as much as possible and being with John. They are facing a challenging road ahead, with financial hardships being just one obstacle.
