Help for Josh & Dawn Rayfield medical expenses

I am asking for help on behalf of Josh & Dawn Rayfield. As anyone who knows them knows they are to proud to ask for help, but they are in desperate need of help. Josh has diabetes that has taken both of his feet and several fingers. Dawn has had to stop working because Josh requires 24 hour care. Josh and Dawn are so good hearted they will do anything for anyone that needs them. They are raising their grandson and things are very hard for them right now. The money will go to help with household bills and Josh’s medical equipment that Josh needs desperately and will help Dawn take care of him easier.
