Help for Kallissa Joy's Heart Journey

Please help support the Quick/ Bishop Family.  Kelli is pregnant with her fourth child and will deliver within the next 4-6 weeks.  They found out a couple months ago that their new baby girl, Kallissa Joy,  is going to be born with severe and rare heart defects.  Her heart condition is similar to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, it is called Single Ventricle Left Heart with Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return. She also has a small pulmonary return. Some other concerns include her liver and her stomach location. She will need immediate attention and surgery after birth.  Kelli’s care has been transferred to Children's Hospital in Aurora. Kelli will need to relocate to the Denver area in mid to late-March to be close to the hospital in case she goes into labor early. Currently, she has doctor appointments at least twice a week to check on the baby’s growth and development.  They want to keep baby Kallissa in as long as possible but her growth has slowed significantly so they need to keep a close eye on that in order to determine the best plan of care.  COVID- restrictions at the Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House complicate things a bit as no other children are allowed to visit or stay.    Kallissa has 3 big sisters (15 yo, 7yo, and 1yo) and a big brother (6yo.)  This means that Kelli will need to find a place to stay, perhaps a hotel or a short-term rental.  They will need extra childcare as well.  As they prepare to welcome Kallissa Joy, they will need lots of support so let’s come together to help them out!  Please pray for a miracle, give what you can, and spread the word!
