Our niece Maxine Guinevere Tolentino Vivas, only child of Melanie Tolentino, was the student that passed away last December 3, 2018 due to a vehicular accident in Star Tollway in Lipa City. My sister, Melanie Tolentino, a single mother, is still in the hospital fighting for her life, not knowing Maxine’s death. Maxine is always top 1 in her class when she graduated in Mother Barbara Micarelli School in Junior HighSchool. She's a Senior HIgh School Stem, full scholar of De La Salle Lipa. She dream of being a doctor someday. She is very religious and always aim to be good. She is going to be 18 on August and supposed to have her debut. We are all saddened by her sudden death and we are all mourning for her lost.
It gives us more pain to know that now my sister is still in the hospital, not knowing what happened to Maxine. My sister is a single mother and have worked hard through out her life. She is under observation and going through a lot of medical test in her critical state. She is still fighting for her life and the expenses is getting harder and harder everyday. We still don't know how to tell her and we want to lessen her burden.
We are reaching out to all of you to help us get through this with prayers. Any monetary contribution would really help us with the funeral and hospital bills.
