Help for Nancy March

Hello, As many of you know the communities around us are still on a boil water advisory. While this is an inconvenience to many there are people who have been affected drastically. My aunt Nancy being hit the hardest. The 2 ft line burst right outside of her garage on the upper end of her property causes a total loss of the garage and contents, shoving her yard 3-4 ft away from the structure, her fencing went with the yard, the extreme force of the water left her house inhabitable. The water rose to the second step of her first floor completely ruining everything in her basement from her personal belonging to all the mechanical components. Furnace, Hot water tank, washer, dryer, electrical panel, the whole 9. Everything is mud and muck!!! SHE IS HOMELESS! We've been 48 hours into this. Red Cross, United Way and all the resources they've supplied to us will not help because it's not a natural disaster or fire. We learned her homeowners is denying the claim because it's flood damage even though it wasn't cause by an actual flood. If anyone has any more resources that may be able to assist her or can help financially, we would greatly appreciate it.
