Help for Nurse Rachel as she recovers from illness

Rachel Anders is an RN near Kansas City, and has been working as a Covid ICU nurse in a major hospital all through this pandemic. She had just given birth to her new baby girl when she became very ill with a heart condition. She continued to work the front line throughout her illness, because she is an extremely devoted and caring nurse who stops at nothing.  She pushed herself until her body wouldn't let her any more. She endured an incredible amount of whole body stress and ended up in the emergency room, herself, near cardiac arrest due to severe SVT. That very week she had surgery to try and correct her heart's flawed electrical circuitry, but her recovery is taking time. She has cumulatively missed  months of work and even though she will start back soon, on a trial basis, she has to start out very slowly and at only a fraction of her normal pace and workload. She has lost most of her income, and went through the family savings. Meanwhile, her medical and household bills are still piling up.

Unfortunately, this has put a tremendous strain on her family's financial situation. Her husband Jared, is working as much as humanly possible AND being present to take care of his family's needs. It is simply impossible to do it all. She does not qualify for short term benefits at work due to her per diem status, and  her state has no program to help her either. This fact has put her way behind. She has been trying to work things out on her own, negotiating, but is at a wall now.

Rachel has given (and continues to give) so much of herself as a devoted nurse and mother of 3 small children. My hope is that we can give a little of that love back, to help lessen the stress of the hardship she is going through right now. Thank you for your consideration.
