Support for an international student

Hi, my name is Divam and I am fundraising for myself. I was involved in a traumatic incident where a person tried to shoot me while I was on my job and he shot my car which damaged it to the state where it is no more functioning. I am a skip driver and that is my living. Moreover I am an international student so victim services cannot help me and the worst part the person behind all this does not have any insurance, so I don’t think he would be able to pay up for the damage and it will take a long process if I need to sue him. I have been traumatized a lot after the incident, I don’t feel safe anymore , I am all alone here and I just want a solution out of this , so that I can get back to my daily normal life and complete my studies.
