Help for Poleo Family

Hi everyone, my name is Enrique Ruiz Del Río and jointly with my wife Moni, Lolita Boone, Ana Lara Guerreiro, Ana De Los Reyes and Susy Morones, We are fundraising for Abel Poleo.

Abel is a Venezuelan National living in Houston. He is a Dad of four precious kids, 9,10,11 and 12 years old.

Abel was studying to become a Doctor in Venezuela. Still, he did not conclude his studies because of different personal situations, including various aspects of the general crisis in his country.

His wife abandoned him and his kids some years ago, and he has been raising his kids for almost four years.

He decided to come to the USA because of the terrible dictatorship in his country.

Like many other Venezuelans, he is seeking a better future for his kids, but he is currently struggling with a terrible economic situation; he is working at a half-time job as a Dish Washer in a Mexican Restaurant.

They have no direct family, relatives or even friends to help them here in Houston, and he is not eligible for official support.

He is starting his new life without money for utilities, rent, food, furniture even a bed for his kids.

Until today, they were eating and sleeping on the floor, but with today’s great help of Ana Lara and Lolita, they now have a couple of mattresses to start their new life.

Please help us donate the amount for this family in need.

Tonight is going to be his first night after several months of sleeping on the floor, and with all your help and sensibility, they will sleep tonight on a clean mattress and with enough food for a week, but we need to buy all the family furniture and pay for his rent and utilities until he finds a better income.

This warrior has been a Mom and Dad for his precious kids, and he deserves a little help from our great community.

Any donation, any amount or even new or used furniture will be highly appreciated.
