Help for Rena' Koerner

Since mid-October, Rená and her family have been battling COVID pneumonia. Rená, her husband, and son all needed to be hospitalized. Two of the three of them remain in the hospital. Rená was put in the ICU on October 22nd where she remains today. Rená is stable but in serious condition. She requires 100% oxygen around the clock and struggles with keeping her oxygen saturation at acceptable levels. Sadly, this will be a very long process of healing her lungs and regaining her strength to be able to function normally again.

Working as an independent contractor, this has put a huge financial strain on her and her family. Those of you that know Rená, know that she is strong and a fighter and is giving her all to get better.

Rená has dedicated her life to caring for others, not only as a mother and grandmother, she has also volunteered countless hours to families and to the doula community as a whole. She has blazed trails to ensure better outcomes for birthing and new families for over 2 decades.

She needs our help now.
