Help for Rich Laws on his health journey...

Hi everyone - this is Denise Austin, and my big brother is Rich Laws :) It's difficult to sit back and watch one of your favorite people on earth struggle. This happens to be one of the biggest struggles of his life - a recurrent metastatic colon cancer diagnosis. Initially, he had surgery and chemo back in 2018 for this, and we thought it was beat. Unfortunately, it has come back with a vengeance. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy, hoping to have the HIPEC surgery performed if chemo is effective. Doctors aren't painting a hopeful picture, so he is currently utilizing some unconventional treatments that have been found to help in managing and curing cancer. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover anything but the standard of care protocols, but a lot is still owed out of pocket, even with insurance.

A lot of people have asked me if there is anything they can do to help other than pray and I believe if we all come together and support him financially - it would SO bless him! He doesn't know I'm doing this of course, but he soon will :) He has enough to deal with right now without worrying about the mounting stack of bills coming in. I feel if we can just offer him a little extra help in this area, it would lighten that burden.

I know most people are struggling in some way, so if this isn't possible for you then no worries at all. He will take every prayer offered, text sent and word of encouragement that comes his way!!
