Help for Richard and his family after an accident

Imagine a beautiful day, a great day to go on a bike ride with your children.
Richard took his two children on a well known bike trail on Saturday afternoon, as he is crossing a bridge something goes terribly wrong and Richard finds himself going over the handlebars onto his head, shoulder then to the ground, his children try to help him but he is unable to move. He can not move his legs nor his arms.
After the ambulance rushed him to the local hospital they had him airlifted to a trauma center where he was placed in ICU, still unable to move. He has undergone surgery to implant rods and pins to his C3-C6 vertebrae to fuse them together. He will be in a neck brace for at least 6 weeks, the injuries to his T4 and T6 vertebrae will require a back brace for at least 6 weeks. The road to recovery will be very long, very hard and very painful.
He will need to be in a rehabilitation facility as an inpatient then he will need several months of outpatient physical therapy session, the expense of this care is overwhelming and his family is not sure how they will afford the care that Richard needs.
Richard will be unable to work, since he is the main source of income for his family, finances will be very tight and it will be difficult to make ends meet. Jennifer still has a job, household to take care of and 2 teenage children to provide for along with managing Richards therapy sessions, Dr appointments and medication to manage his constant pain.
If you can help Richard and his family they will be forever grateful, the urgency of needed financial relief is immense and funds are needed immediately.
