Help for RIP Deported Veteran Apodaca’s family

Erasmo Apodaca Mendizabal USMC deported veteran, my brother who RIP, he never stopped fighting to return back to US.  He was so close to having his next INS Court hearing this July.  But due to Immigration delays and processes my dear brother died from a sudden heart attack and did not make it.  His number 1 priority was to bring his wife and kids to USA, land which he was proud to have fought for.  Now his wife mourns her loss, living in their Mexicali, BC home with their 8 year old daughter.  Erasmo was their source of support working here and there in Mexico to make ends meet.

He left behind his wife Gabriela Ramos and 4 kids, Emma (8), David (20), Miguel (28) and Tito (29).
