Help for Rockstar Nash’s Healing

We are asking for your kindness and prayers for my nephew and godson Nash. Nash has been on a whirlwind journey in just a week. One week ago, he was wild and crazy normal 4 year old Nash and today he’s been in Denver Children's Hospital for 6 days. Nash has HSV 1 meningitis (herpes simplex virus).. this virus is in his brain causing an infection which is causing him to have seizures.. he’s been non verbal but up and alert with everything going on! They are going to be in the childrens hospital in Aurora Colorado for at least 21 days so they can administer antibiotics. Since being there they have been in the PICU but have been moved to a normal room for the last 2 days! Our hopes are that there won’t be any long term affects with this. He now has a picc line in and a feeding tube in his nose. He is unable to swallow, so eating and drinking is not possibly yet. He was still having seizures, but they weren’t big ones and only lasting 30 seconds or less. At the time of writing this, he has been just about 2 days seizure free!! Every step he’s taken has been in the right direction and he is showing signs of getting better. We have no way of knowing what condition he will be able to return home in, so anything will help.
