Help for Samantha Ketterman and family

Hi my name is Jen Rice. I'm raising funds for the Ketterman family as they are running from New Oxford to York to spend time with their daughter Sam.

For those that don't know, Sam went to Gettysburg Hospital Friday morning because she woke up and couldn't move her left arm. The hospital sent her home saying it was the bulging disc in her neck, gave her prednisone and a muscle relaxer. Sunday morning rolls around and she got woken up by her entire left side shaking uncontrollably. She had mom call 911. She has had a stroke and has an infection somewhere in her body. They also found extra fluid around her brain and left ear.

Sam was flown to York hospital last evening.

Sam is still sleeping and is no longer breathing on her own. Upon her arrival last night at York they discovered a massive blood clot on her brain. Which is what is keeping her asleep. However it is also causing more strokes until taken care of. They started her on blood thinners and currently have tubes in her head to help drain the clot. Mom and dad are currently with her.

Sam is a fighter and I truly hope she can pull through this.
