Help for Samantha Larson and family

Update: October 5th. It is with a heavy heart that I’m announcing the passing of this beautiful soul. Sam was such a fighter, the epitome of strength and during her final days the infections that came with an extremely weakened immune system were just too much. If you are able, please consider donating to help alleviate some of the emotional and financial stress that her family will be feeling over the coming months while dealing with the devastating loss. You will forever be remembered my beautiful friend and will truly be missed by all of those that loved you so much.♥️

This beautiful soul is a mom of two young children, Trystin and Piper, as well as a loving wife to her husband, Robbie. She has a heart of gold and would be the first to step up for those in need. She is a lover of all animals and found her calling in the veterinary field.


At a time of extreme uncertainty and worry, my beautiful friend Sam, received a diagnosis that changed the trajectory of her life in an instant.


On March 18th, 2020, she was told she had a form of Leukemia, Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She would have to begin intense chemotherapy treatment immediately and would remain in the hospital for the next 30 days. Due the stage and nature of the Leukemia she will also have to do a minimum of 4 additional chemotherapy treatments with a possibly of a bone marrow transplant within the next year. Because her immune system is severely compromised from the chemotherapy, as well as the disease itself, keeping her isolated, especially with the current situation, is of the utmost importance.


Unfortunately, just a week prior to her diagnosis, Sam had switched jobs to be at home more with her family. Because she was a new employee, she has since been laid off and has limited benefits to help with the ongoing care that will be required going forward.


Knowing the stresses that we are all feeling with the current situation in world, I can only imagine the emotions and additional stresses that go along with this added circumstance.
