Help needed for our beloved Sarah

Donation protected
Dearest Sarah is a cherished and much-loved member of our small family. Sarah is the glue that binds us and a nonjudgmental mentor to all who know her, she is wise beyond her 40 years she is our family’s absolute treasure.
Sarah and her partner Jason had their third child late last year, they now have 3 gorgeous boys, 23, 7 and a darling one year old. Sarah wanted one more child to complete their family and late last year she had her third child, she was completely content.
March this year (2023) Sarah visited the doctor, she was experiencing pain in her tummy region, she simply thought she needed to have her gallbladder removed as that is what her friends and family were telling her. She then had tests and scans to have this confirmed. When Sarah went back to the doctor for her results, nothing could have prepared her for the dreadful news. The doctor told her she had a very large tumour around her liver, and she had better get her affairs in order as she would only be with us for approximately twelve to eighteen months. Obviously, the family was in denial; we prayed the doctor was wrong.
The poor girl endured many painful tests over several months, with Jason by her side holding their baby. They were then told they could not absolutely know what the tumour was unless they did a biopsy. She had no choice even though having this meant she could not have a liver transplant. This was the hope of hopes we were holding on to and now that too was taken from her. Impatiently waiting for the results, we got the horrendous news that it was in fact rare and terminal. Her eldest son with his partner moved back home to help his mum. Her 7-year-old knows as much as they could bear to tell him at the tender age of seven, nowadays he looks sad and keeps asking questions, which is gut wrenching to say the least.
All Sarah wants to do now is to make precious memories for Jason and the children. She does not want her diagnosis to be the topic of conversation when we all get together, she wants us to talk normally and have a laugh like we used to.
The reason we wanted to start a GoFundMe page is because a couple of weeks ago Sarah said she wanted to go back to work, curiously I asked why, she mentioned that they are struggling financially, this is the first time she has said this, none of us could bear the thought of this beautiful giving and very special woman having to spend her last months with her precious family, worrying about money. When I spoke to Sarah about a GoFundMe page, she said “who would want to donate to me?” I want to prove to this dear girl that even people who don’t know her, will read her story and help her family get through the toughest of times at least with one less worry.
Sarah of course was unable to go back to work after her maternity leave, so they only have one wage coming in which at the best of times is very hard. It isn’t possible for her to go back to work with hospital appointments lasting up to 8 hours each time, leaving her depleted of energy for days.
We don’t want Sarah, Jason and their beautiful family to struggle for whatever time is left. This money will help pay their mortgage and bills so they can focus on making the memories they rightfully deserve.

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP THEM, ESPECIALLY AT THIS TIME OF YEAR.
