Help for Scott's Medical Bills

Greetings, everyone, as many of you know, Scott Eric Kaufman is in the Intensive Care Unit in Houston, Texas struggling to recover from multiple organ failure and acute complications.
Scott is struggling every day right now to recover and become well enough to be eligible for transplant organs. He and his family are struggling to raise money to meet the astronomical costs of his care. Even with health coverage, weeks in ICU generate a landslide of expenses, and that’s something we don’t want hanging over Scott’s head as he makes his recovery.
Our current goal is $100,000. We are still trying to get a picture of what this will end up costing Scott and his family.
As soon as he is strong enough, we hope to be able to present a message to all of you from Scott in whatever form that takes. Thank you all so much for your support and love at this very difficult time. - David Ferguson (family friend)
