Help for Sean Miller

Hi, I’m Sean Miller. I recently had an emergency appendectomy right before Christmas. Since then I was hospitalized two more times for infections. I lost my job and my insurance. While seeking new employment, I developed an ulcer on my foot due to diabetes. This has impacted my ability to get back into the work force. Medical bills are piling up and I need a some help during this difficult time.
