Help for Shawna and her kiddos.

Please help my sister if you can! Below is a description of what she's been going through! Thank you and please share!

My name is Shawna Sorenson. I'm a hardworking single mother of 3. To those who know me as only having 2 kiddos I'm currently working on finalizing formal guardianship of a kiddo that really needs a good home. God put it on my heart and lord knows this is not exactly the right time but I've got to do it.

October 15th 2018 my right hip was bone on bone and I absolutely needed a hip replacement. I got one that day. It has ruined my life. For 4 years 2x a week I've been in physical therapy and it's only gotten worse. My tissue has been destroyed as well as my muscles. On the 3rd I'm getting a nuclear med bone scan to see how much bone has been affected. I've been to so many doctors begging for help, but none of them could figure out why my pain was so insane. They sent me away. I've lost so much; the ability to play with my kids, to camp, fish, hike or even go to the river. My life consists of putting all my

energy into working more than full time to give my kids the life they deserve. I come home get in bed with heating pad and repeat this everyday. Finally it came to head. In July I got extremely sick and marcus daly was not able to figure it out. Billings hospital found I had a large amount of fluid built up in my hip joint. They did a guided ultrasound aspiration. They pulled 15 ccs of fluid which was brown and cloudy. The radiologist knew right away it was infected. I received the news today that I'm getting surgery on September 14th. I'm not prepared for this. The process includes removing the hardware, cleaning the joint out with antibiotics, putting a temporary joint in, iv antibiotics for 6 weeks and then 3 months of oral antibiotics. If the staph is killed at that point they will go back in and put the permanent replacement in. While having the temporary replacement I can not walk and I will be on crutches. I have to have the 2 stage surgery

because the staph infection is antibiotic resistance. I am going to try and work a few hours a month to keep my job and collect partial unemployment but I am still unsure whether I will get it or not. I will be able to collect 400 from the tanf program. I am currently trying to get my credit card debts waived also my car payment. I am applying for a grant for single moms with hardships. I will also be trying to get help with rent and utilities. Also, I will be trying to find a work at home job. I will exhaust every avenue to make sure my kids and I are alright but everything is so unsure except that our life's will dramatically change on September 14th. I'm scared. I've never asked for a handout. I have worked myself nearly into the grave to keep this ship going, but now I dont know how we are going to make it. This makes me ill putting everything out there, but if you can help in any kind of way it would be so appreciated. If not I've been there... wanting to help and couldn't so just please share this!
