Help For Sue Short

Many of you know know my mom, Sue Short, as the nice lady who cleans your carpets, an unbelievably tough lady and hard worker. But on Friday March 23, things drastically changed when she was in a near fatal car accident sustaining numerous injuries: massive blood loss, broken neck, damage to both corroded arteries, multiple face fractures, multiple brakes to her jaw and mandible, breaks to her left leg, loss of almost all of her teeth, and such severe injuries to her right leg and ankle that it resulted in a below knee amputation.
I've been asked by friends, family, and countless of her loyal, life-long clients, how they can help, and this is the best way I can find to do so.
The bills and expenses are piling up fast and, compounded with the sudden loss of income since neither of my parents can now work, they are struggling to get by. Luckily my mom's insurance is paying a portion of her medical bills, but a good number of things are not being covered by any insurance, such as: prescriptions, dental work (implants), some prosthetic work, and a new set of hearing aides (which are not considered medical, nor covered under any vehicle insurance, yet the impact of the accident was so great, it blew them out of her ears, and they were lost). There are numerous other expenses as well, and we know there will be more to come.
Even a small donation can help and is appreciated beyond what words can express.
Thank you all for the love, concern, and consideration shown to my family during such a trying time.
