Help for Swaggy, the best dog in the world.

Swaggy needs help! I found this wonderful girl in downtown Hartford, TN a few months ago. After looking for her parents and seeing if she had a microchip and having no success, I decided to keep her. Since having her, I have cared for her the best I can. She has had a multitude of medical problems since I found her and I have spent over $1000 trying to help. She needs a lot more help. She is positive for heartworms and she has a condition where fecal matter excretes from her anus while she's laying down. She uses the restroom outside normally and does not intentionally go in the house. She needs a lot of medical attention immediately. She is a young dog and is totally awesome. It breaks my heart but I need to find someone to get her the help she needs. The shelter is full and I've tried a lab rescue but they have not gotten back to me. As of Aug, 31st I will be homeless and can not care for her. I have a list of treatments she may need and their costs. If she doesn't get help soon, a young, awesome lover dog may perish. I can camp at a friend's house for a little while and care for her there until I can find her a better home but without medical care, she may not get that chance. I'm attaching a note from the veterinarian detailing her needed treatments and their costs. Please help a beautiful, wonderful little girl. Thank you so much.
