Help for testicular cancer

Hello my name is Khole Ryman. I’m not one to ask for help, unfortunately with the circumstances I’m in I’m kind of stuck. June 15th 2023 changed my life forever. What was supposed to be a minor ER visit turned my world upside down. 4 hours later I walk out being Told I have testicular cancer just 2 days before I wed my beautiful wife of 3 years. I was told I must go see a urologist right away. Unfortunately the local doctors had a wait list of 3-4 weeks. I couldn’t wait that long due to excruciating amount of pain I was in. So I called Baylor up in Houston (who has a great cancer center) I was able to get in the very next day. Unfortunately the Dr confirmed and had me scheduled for emergency surgery ( right orchienctomy) which they removed my right testicle along with some of the spermatic cord. The surgery was great expect the fact that I’m not out of the woods yet. My tumor markers indicate that i will have to go through chemotherapy. My doctor scheduled me to meet with an oncologist July 12th. Unfortunately with chemo comes more complications. Of course the main one being my fertility will drop- unless we turn to sperm banking (which is not covered by insurance). Not to mention the side effects from chemo. I’m thankful I’m on short term disability for the time being but that being said I don’t get my full check. Any help that is given would be used for gas (to commute to Houston), doctor co-pays, medication, chemo costs and any other cost we come along.
