Help for the Agard Family
Donation protected
Many of us have experienced tragic situations in our lives or those close to us. This time it has hit close to home. Today we come to you asking for assistance for the Agard family.
Ailia, 17 month old daughter of James Agard of Jim Hudson Automotive Group and granddaughter of Ben Green also of Jim Hudson Automotive Group was diagnosed with the rare systemic skin disorder CUTANEOUS MASTOCYTOSIS with UTICARIA PIGMENTOSA. This extremely rare condition manifests itself in the form of debilitating blisters and hive-like rashes. Since this disease mimics the progression of cancer, it is treated by an oncologist and immunologist. With very few known cases, none of which were babies, it has been difficult to find doctors qualified to treat her. The family has reached out to various children’s medical facilities and organizations for assistance. However, they are unable to help at this time. The cost of her medicine alone is astronomical, not to mention other expenses associated with this illness.
John Cook of Jim Hudson Ford and Sally Cockrell of FABULOUS FINDS in Newberry, SC have come together to help raise awareness of this situation. They are collecting donations for the family and are hoping to help reach the Agard families goal of $5,000.00. Please give as you are able. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated.
As a personal thank you from John and Sally, anyone wanting to donate $25.00 or more can receive a monogrammed scarf or teddy bear by contacting Sally Cockrell directly at [phone redacted].
If you have any questions, you can contact Sally Cockrell at [phone redacted].
