Help for the Autrey Family

My name is Aly, and I am advocating for my close friend, Cara Autrey and her two boys.

She has Neuropathy, fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, ruptured disks, debilitating Anxiety, PTSD along with other auto immune diseases, which make life extra difficult. The swelling and pain she endures daily prevents her from being able to continue to work, as her hands and feet are so swollen that she can barely get up and around. It has gotten so bad that she cannot even open jars or cans to cook dinner. She has since applied for disability, but has been struggling with getting approved.

Cara is a single mother of two handsome boys, Blake, (17) and Lucas, (7.)

Blake attends public school where he is in his last year before continuing his education in hopes of attending a University. We are hoping to find him grants, scholarships and even FASFA.

Lucas is currently enrolled in virtual schooling and has since been struggling, as he in on the spectrum. Adding ABA back into his routine has also been difficult due to her immune disorders, she is immunocompromised.

Both boys eat A LOT and continue to grow beyond what she can afford. Between trying to raise and feed two boys, taking care of the home, and homeschooling, she has found it extremely difficult to work in order to keep their home and one reliable vehicle. She has already accepted and used all possible grants that were offered to her through social services and Salvation Army, but still is in need of help to keep their home, for her boys to be safe, warm, clothed and fed.

We are trying to raise enough money to help her catch up on bills so that she does not lose her home or her vehicle.
