Alanna Jankas Memorial Fund

This fund is created on behalf of JP Jankas, who lost his beloved wife, Alanna, on September 25, 2021 to Covid. Alanna was a mother to three beautiful children: Lilian, 9; Noah, 7; and Vivian 4. As his church family, we are creating this fund with full permission from JP, who has expressed that many of his friends and loved ones have generously reached out to him, wishing to help him as he navigates the coming days and months. It would be ideal to cover all funeral expenses and beyond so that JP does not have to worry financially and can focus on what's important during this time - himself and his kids. Please consider a donation to help JP as he begins the preparations to lay Alanna to rest.

Background:

Alanna tested positive for Covid at the end of August. Shortly after, she was admitted to the ICU. At that time, she was stable and in good spirits.
On September 9, 2021, she was placed on a ventilator after it was determined that she needed the next level of care. She was able to facetime with her husband, family and kids before going to sleep.
Alanna fought for 16 more days before passing peacefully into the arms of her Savior on September 25, 2021 at 11:50 p.m. with JP by her side.
From JP: "My sweet adoring wife passed on peacefully at 11:50pm last night. Her lungs could no longer carry on. Alanna fought beyond expectations giving the battle her all. The unbelievable love and support has been greatly appreciated by our entire family. So many have poured so much into our family and we will be forever grateful. Heavenly Father's plan didn't line up with ours, but was to call His servant Alanna home. Her children and I will miss her EVERY second until we are all reunited/meet again. Baby, my sweet Love, your fight is over and you are at peace. God comfort her, comfort our children and give her our love with Your eternal love. In Jesus' name, Amen."
