Help for the Pierno Family

I am creating this gofundme with permission from my best friend, Jessica Pierno (Bess).

As many of you know on February 22nd, 2022.. Jessica’s husband, Rob and her two children Camden and Chase were in a horrific head on collision. Unfortunately, Rob did not survive his injuries. Her youngest son, Chase who is just 5 years old is in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Ruby Memorial Hospital. Chase is currently in critical condition, intubated, and unresponsive with a brain injury as well as bilateral fractures to both legs. Camden, her oldest son who is 7.. by the grace of God physically suffered only lacerations and bruises.

This morning, February 23rd.. Chase had surgery to repair both legs and the surgery went well but the extent of his brain injury is still unknown.

The amount of heartache that Jessica is enduring right now is every spouse & mother’s worst nightmare. They had no life insurance and Jessica will have to be off of work for an extended period of time to be there for her children.

I have been Jessica’s friend for 25 years and have in some way been able to help or be there for her in any situation but this is one situation where the only thing that can help is prayers and the relief of any financial burden that she will endure.

So, that is where I am asking for your help. If you can donate, please do. Even if it’s just $1. If you can’t donate, pray. We believe in the power of prayer & know that God performs miracles. Pray for Jessica’s heartache & this awful path she has to walk. Pray for Chase, that the Lord heals all of his injuries. Pray for Camden who had to witness all of this & the pain he now feels from losing his father. Pray for Rob’s parents & sister. Pray for Jessica’s parents, sisters and entire family. & Pray for the family’s of the others involved in this tragic accident.
