Help for The Rego Family

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit this page and any amount of support is very much appreciated.

We are fundraising for our friends Melissa, Justin and their 14 month old daughter.

In early November 2022, their worlds were flipped upside down when Justin was diagnosed with leukaemia and admitted into the hospital. Throughout his hospital stay, Justin has faced infections, transfusions, brain bleeds, loss of speech, acute kidney injury, and right sided paralysis, sending him into the ICU on three separate occasions.

Our hearts were broken again March 17, 2023. Justin was finally discharged home to his family but was quickly readmitted to the hospital after experiencing an unexplained seizure.

Despite all of these complications, Justin has remained strong in his fight with support from their family and friends. Although he has made significant improvements, The Rego family continue to have a long journey ahead of them. Currently, Melissa will not be able to return to work as a Registered Nurse due to ongoing care for Justin and their daughter.

Anyone who knows the Rego family would speak to their kindness and generosity. They are always happy to help anyone in need. We are now asking our community to band together and support them.
