Help for the Stubblefield Family

We are a private investigation firm, a part of the Defense Team with the Rosenfeld Law Firm and Allen Sawyer Law Firm that represented Dana Stubblefield, a former 49er Linebacker. Dana was falsely accused, and partially convicted, of a crime he did not commit. We had mounds of exculpatory evidence that the judge in this case chose not to allow in. We know it was wrong to exclude the evidence and witnesses, but were not allowed to bring in the actual defense facts, so the jury could only rule on what was before them.

We set up this GoFundMe to help Teri Stubblefield and her children during this difficult time. Teri and her children have been through an incredibly difficult past five years, during which her husband and father of her children was falsely accused. While their family is strong and full of love, the trial and circumstances have taken a toll on their mental, physical, and especially financial health. This page has been set up to ensure Teri and her children are able to access the resources they need while they await for the safe return of their husband and father. They are in immediate need of counselling for the children, and rent for the family's apartment, medical insurance, and daily expenses. Teri is doing her best to work and bring in an income, but it is not sufficient. Dana was the stay-at-home dad, and now child care for their 6 and 9 year old children is critical.  The case is being prepared for presentation to the State of California Appellate Court for appeal as soon as possible. When the Appellate Court reverses, a new trial will be ordered. This could take 2-3 years.
