Help for Theresa, RN aka momma Boone

Theresa is one of my best friends and role models. On April 30th she underwent surgery for a hip replacement and unfortunately it became infected after 3 weeks and it had to be removed.  She requires around the clock care and had leave her home and move in with a friend. She has been out of work since the surgery and will be out of work until October, soon she will have exhausted all of her benefits and paid time off and shortly after her FMLA coverage will end. She has to have daily antibiotic infusions for 6 weeks followed by a hip replacement in 12 weeks which will require an additional 8 weeks of recovery.  With no income she will lose her health insurance, she has no way to pay her mortgage, or afford her copays. Theresa has been a nurse since 2002 doing everything from pediatric trauma nursing to flight nursing to ER nursing (which is her passion). She has helped so many in their time of need from fundraising for a fellow nurse after he was in a serious accident, to holding the hands of EMS/Fire and police brothers and sisters after a tragic loss. Please let’s pull together and help her in her time of need. Here’s a breakdown of what the money will be used for: Immediate needs:
Medical co-pays of $200 per day for 61 days
Transportation costs for 13 weeks
24 hour care so she can return to her home
Prescription costs
Future needs:
Mortgage payment for July thru October 
Purchase COBRA insurance when FMLA ends
rehabilitation costs for 8 weeks 
Supplemental income to offset financial strain

Theresa has no immediate family that can help financially so we are turning to our medical family to ask for help along this journey!
