Help for Tod and his house.

Dear friends and family,

Due to recent events, I have been saddled with several significant bills. The extent of these payments was unknown to me at the time that I took on the responsibility of sole manager of this estate, but I am committed to paying off our short-term debt as soon as possible. Keeping our family house in Altoona in good condition while we figure out what the coming months and years are going to look like is very important to me. That being said, the fact that several of these bills are severely overdue is the greatest obstacle currently facing me.

These bills are as follows:

• $600 for homeowner’s insurance.

• $1,000 for gas.

• $410 for the mortgage.

In addition to these bills, my hope is to be able to begin allocating funds to start renovating the house, so that I can potentially sell or rent by the end of this year. This additional source of income would make next year a much more stable and secure one than 2023 has been so far. To that end, any additional funds that this GoFundMe makes will be earmarked for that, and nothing else.
