Help for Tom’s son Jackson

To the friends and family of Tom Hart,

We come to you all with heavy hearts to inform you that our beloved Tom has passed away peacefully.

Tom was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to many.

Tom’s youngest son, Jackson recently moved back to Kansas to be with his father. We know finding a job can be difficult, specially for transitioning veterans.

Toms unexpected passing has now put the strain of funeral expenses, other taxes, and finding a new place to live on Jackson.

Please help Jackson and the Hart family if you can through these difficult times.

The funds will go towards funeral expenses and Jackson’s living situation.
