Help for Twyla's Vet Bills

This week I am dog sitting for my bestie, she's back home visiting family. I love her dogs like my own and I'm always happy to watch them and likewise with her and my dogs. Saves $$ usually
I was outside with the dogs and it was about time to bring them inside for d-i-n-n-e-r I went inside to get the food ready while Chuck gathered up the dogs. About five minutes later, we still hadn't seen Twyla, the 5 year old Boxer/Beagle mix. She's especially food triggered so it was weird she wouldn't come in for dinner.
After a couple minutes I found her lying next to the porch, lifeless and limp. I freaked out... I picked her up and carried her inside to the kitchen and put her on the island. She was barely breathing, I'll leave out all the other details, and the first thing I thought was maybe a heat stroke? But it was the coolest and nicest day we'd had in weeks. We immediately just put her in the car and made our way to the emergency vet.
The drive was scary, there were times where I had to help her with her airways staying open. The entire time I'm sobbing while my partner is going 100mph down the highway. That was the most terrifying 25 minutes of my life... and there's not an ER vet anywhere closer to us. Thankfully we made it just in time. Twyla maintained a heart beat and kept breathing the entire time, but her blood pressure was incredibly low. We later found out that they'd never saved a dog with blood pressure as low as hers. We had gotten there just in time.
The vet came in to let us know she was in anaphylactic shock, but from what, they don't know. It was first assumed a bee/wasp sting or maybe she ate one. Or it could have been a plant she had a reaction to. Either way, whatever it was, it would've killed her in less than 30 minutes most likely. Maybe less if we hadn't intervened in time and assisted her with her breathing.
Thankfully, she has pet insurance that covers almost half of the bill. Unfortunately it has still left her a very large sum of money to pay. After pet insurance, it is $4600. This person is one of the most amazing people in this world who does great things daily and this dog is the angel of all angels. Please if you can help, I'd be so appreciative. I've chosen not to include her name the post as she does not know I'm starting this for her. Please protect her identity if you know her from her dog's name.
