Help for Zuzu

Hey guys. My name is Abigail and my husband Alex and I found this sweet pup (who we are calling Zuzu) walking down the street earlier today and she is emaciated and not doing great. We are at the Clay County vet and looks like she is going to need a blood transfusion at a minimum, and other interventional life saving treatment. We want her to have a second chance to be a puppy and hopefully find a family that gives her all the love she deserves. We’d appreciate any help
