Close to homeless for being gay. Help us avoid it!

This is one of my closest friends, Fran. For 8 long years, he was closeted. Only another friend and I knew about him being gay.
That was until December 12th, when Fran decided to come out to his parents. He had a healthy relationship with them. They supported his studies, his hopes, his dreams. Gave him all the love they could.
But all that love seemed to vanish once their beliefs got in the way. Fran's parents, extremely religious, kicked Fran out the moment they learnt about his sexuality. Didn't let him talk. Didn't let him pack his belongings. Didn't let him see his little sister (6) one last time. He was pushed out the door with the clothes he was wearing, his college backpack and his phone. Nothing else. They now refuse to answer Fran's calls, my calls or the calls of our other friend, Pablo.
I live with my family so our house is way too packed. This lead to Fran having to sleep in the laundry room of Pablo, who lives alone in a very, very small apartment. The clothes Fran is unpacking in the picture above were sent by me. That's all I could do to help him with my current savings. Pablo will be able to keep Fran safe and fed for 3 weeks max. He is not well-off and can't have Fran under his wing for much longer.
Fran is currently an online campus college student in his last year of college. Having a place to live and to study is crucial. Luckily for us, his parents had already paid for the full tuition, that's non-refundable.
We spent the last 2 days searching for the cheapest apartment to rent, as Fran cannot keep living in the precarious conditions he's in right now. We found a small one-person place for 300€ a month.
By late May, Fran should be done with his studies. That's around 5 months from now. 300 for 5 months is 1500€.
The rest of the funds will be used for Fran's groceries, toiletries and meds, since Fran suffers from severe asthma and needs new inhalers every month.
We beg for all the support we can get. Fran is the most precious person on earth and doesn't deserve this, let alone during the holidays... and a few months before graduation.
