Help Frankie & her dog, Copper!

I am helping a lifelong friend raise money for her golden retriever, Copper. Previously, Copper had a partial ACL tear and it has progressed to a complete tear now. The vet has said the only option is surgery. Copper will not be able to put weight on her leg unless she has surgery.
