Help Frankie Overcome Epiglottic Entrapment

I bought Frankie, a 6-year-old thoroughbred, off the racetrack from Ohio to do mounted police work. Frankie has had a couple of vets check him out for a runny nose under work and recently, we learned he has an epiglottic entrapment. To fix this problem, he needs to undergo laser surgery and unfortunately, it's going to cost close to $2,000. He’s a good boy with a ton of potential that doesn’t deserve this.
