Help Frankie's Cafe Stay Open

Hi, my name is Stephanie, I live in Lebanon, Tn. My family and myself have lived here our whole lives. My grandmother has owned Frankie's Cafe for the last 27 years and we have been forced out of the location we were at. The owner gave us 6 months to get out. After looking and only finding places that were well above the rent we could afford, we finally found a location that was reasonable on rent. The location we found we unfortunately have to start from the ground up. We have been running into issue after issue once we started renovation on the building. Now we have ran into a major issue that is dealing with the 'FOG' codes with the city of Lebanon. With the city you have to have a Grease interceptor installed before you can open the doors. The one we were calculated to need is the one that has to be installed in the ground. After research we have come to find out this is no small expense. It will run us about $15,000 and that is the starting price. We have invested all our money into the renovations and inventory in order to open. This is our family's business, and we are trying to keep it from closing. Any amount is not too small, and we appreciate everything we get. I am not the kind of person that ever asks for help, but I am left with no other choice. The money will go to installing the grease interceptor in hopes of keep our business open and operational.
