Please help my Ava, exposed to fentanyl by her mom

In 2015, my son was stationed in the Altus Oklahoma Air Force Base as an Air Traffic Controller. He married and had a little girl named Ava, who is now 6. Shortly after they divorced, his ex-wife married a drug trafficker and felon. A domestic violence incident occurred between the two that resulted in the discovery of Fentanyl and Heroin in their home. March 31, 2022, my granddaughter was removed from her biological mother and taken into DHS custody. DHS failed to notify my son, Ava's biological father, (who lives in Florida and has shared custody). This caused Ava to be named a ward of the state and she is currently in the Foster Care system. We have been fighting for her ever since. My family and I pooled all of our resources together to hire a lawyer to help us get Ava out of DHS and back home with her Father whom she loves. To date we have accrued over $50,000 in legal fee's and currently owe $17,000. We have traveled to Oklahoma City EVERY month since to make the court dates, which is extremely costly. If my son does not appear in court each time he’s been told they will take away ALL of his parental rights, making her eligible for adoption! This is not the kind of lifestyle I would choose for my beautiful granddaughter. We fear every day for her safety and my heart aches for my son. Anyone reading this who has had interaction with CPS and many of the players there, will understand the burden they place upon the family, especially fathers. The Court has made demands on my son that are becoming harder and harder to achieve. It seems their goal is to keep children in the system rather than unite children with their biological father. We are out of money, credit cards are maxed out and we have to continue to make these trips or else my granddaughter will be placed for adoption. She cannot grow up thinking her father failed her and didn't come to help her because he didn't have the money to pay the lawyer or travel to Oklahoma every month. Our lawyer bills are over 35k now. We are trying to hire Rachel Bussett who is familier with the system and has a plan to brig Ava home. I am asking kindly and prayerfully for every prayer warrior to pray for my son and his daughter Ava to be reunited. Please help in anyway you can and PRAY PRAY PRAY FOR MY AVA. We are heartbroken, this has completely crippled my family.
