Help Free Elephants from Chains and Burdens

My name is Maureen Johnson and for my birthday this year, I want to help free elephants, some of whom have lived in chains and been forced to bear unimaginable burdens throughout their lives.

Awake is helping to give these magnificent animals, some of them 50, 60, even 70 years old, a chance to live free and safe in a sanctuary. These are conditions and stories seldom seen or told. I want to help change that by sharing the stories and helping to free as many as possible. Whatever you can find in your heart and your budget is accepted with gratitude.
