Help Frick Frack Rebuild After Tragedy

The End of an Era….

Tragedy strikes when you least expect it and sometimes your luck doesn’t always hold out. A few days ago, after the event had ended at Electric Forest, we finally hit the moment we had been dreading for the past 5 years. Our main tent, the red and white majestic beast which has been the centerpiece and home for Frick Frack since the pandemic, finally collapsed during a massive thunderstorm. Luckily no one was harmed in the collapse but we awoke to find our dreams smashed and ruined.

We need your help and we need it fast. We have events coming up and we don’t have the resources to cover a new tent immediately. We can rent tents to get through some events, but it will only hurt us in the long run as we will be depleting funds just to get through and still have no tent/home in the future. We need your help to not just continue with our current events, but to improve our set up to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future. We want a new tent and we need your help to get it.

Also, as if we weren’t already so lucky, this tent collapse also came with the double whammy of our bus and transport vehicle breaking down on site at EF. We are currently trying to fix and tow it off property, but it is costly and depleting our funds. This comes on the heels of our other truck out west being broken down and needing repair….this is all a little much for our clown brains to handle and we need your help to try and weather the storm and come out ahead.

Asking for help is always hard for me. I have always prided myself in the way I have bootstrapped this project from nothing to its current form. Years of sleeping on couches and breaking down on the side of the road, always figuring it out from one step to the next and finding a way to get to the next event. It pains me to no end to find myself in a position I can’t get out of, but this project needs your help if we want to keep going. Please share if you can’t donate, and give what you can to help us.
