Help friends (incl 1 autistic kid) who fled Russia

Our friends Dima and Nellie, whom we've known for 20 years, were forced to flee Russia when the Ukraine War began with their three kids--one of whom is severely autistic. Dima's work as a truth-seeking international photojournalist has marked him as an "enemy" of the Putin administration. This put him in danger of arrest--or worse. They are in the US awaiting the processing of a request for political asylum--but having trouble finding work in the quiet part of Vermont where someone has kindly given them a place to live. So Jonathan Sanders and I are raising money to help put some food on the table and maybe even provide some holiday gifts for the kids.
