Support Frog the Cat (Vet Visits for Abscess)
Donation protected
Frog is a not-so-stray cat found in Windsor Park with an abscess the size of a quarter beneath his jaw. The first night we took care of him we noticed he couldn't meow normally earning him the name Frog.
He may need urgent medical attention for the abscess beneath his jaw, along with some basic vaccines. (Edit: discovered the be an inflamed or infected lymph node.) This fundraising is to help cover his examination, surgery, and vaccines fees. I'll update this fundraiser as we know more about whats going on after an examination. (See updates!) We also have found someone who will be providing him with a loving, indoor only home once we complete his medical care.
Funds are going directly towards his vet costs. On his most recent vet visit we found out it was an enlarged lymph node about 4 times its size. We discovered it may be due to an infection, but as no infected cells were seen on his test results they said he should return to normal in about 4 weeks! I would really appreciate any assistance as I'm financially at catpacity with my own boy, Gawa.
P.S. If you would prefer to donate directly to the vet - just message me and I'll provide necessary information. If we happen to raise too much we'll be donating it to a local animal related charity (we'll announce this soon.)
Thank you so, so much.
