Help From My Accident at the Track

I got hurt at Sunland Park Racetrack on February 23, 2018. I fractured my C3 vertabrae, instability between my C6 and C7, concussion, broke my right foot, a large hematoma on my left thigh, and now an MRI showed I'm not getting enough oxygen to the brain. So right now Im being seen by 4 doctors and therapy 3 times a week. Times have definitely been tough these last 4 months with recovery and financially. Doctors are telling me my riding days are over and time to retire. So this has left me and my family in a very tight situation. Anything right now is a big help.
